Cancellation policy

At Saatva, our products are freshly crafted in small, perishable batches. Because orders are immediate prioritized for packing and dispatched quickly to ensure freshness, order cancellations are only permitted within 2 hours of purchase. 

Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners or a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled, amended, or recalled. If you need to make an urgent correction to your shipping address within this 2-hour window, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
